1. 저작권

앱을 이루는 모든 구성물 — 그림·캐릭터·스프라이트, 영상, 소리·음성·음악, 글, 아이콘과 앱 이름, 소스 코드 — 의 저작권은 "오늘도맑음"(이하 "제작자")에게 있어요. 일부 구성물은 제3자의 라이선스를 받아 사용하고 있으며, 그 권리는 각 권리자에게 있어요. 오픈소스 소프트웨어는 각각의 오픈소스 라이선스를 따라요 (앱 안 부모 메뉴 → 오픈소스 라이선스, 그리고 앱 소개 페이지에서 볼 수 있어요).

2. 이용 허락

Google Play를 통해 앱을 설치한 분께, 가정에서의 개인적·비상업적 이용을 위한 비독점적·양도할 수 없는 이용 권한을 드려요. 아이와의 추억을 위한 개인적인 화면 캡처와 사진 촬영은 자유롭게 하셔도 돼요.

3. 금지되는 행위

제작자의 사전 서면 동의 없이 아래 행위를 할 수 없어요.

앱의 그림, 영상, 소리, 음성, 음악, 글, 소스 코드를 복사하는 것
앱 설치 파일(APK/AAB)이나 기기 저장소, 실행 중인 화면·메모리에서 위 구성물을 추출하는 것
앱을 역설계·디컴파일·분해하거나, 수정하거나, 이를 바탕으로 2차 저작물을 만드는 것 (관련 법이 명시적으로 허용하는 범위는 제외)
앱 또는 구성물을 재배포(다른 곳에 올리기, 공유, 판매, 대여, 다른 앱스토어 등록 포함)하는 것
앱 또는 구성물을 상업적으로 이용(광고·유료 콘텐츠·상품·다른 앱에 사용 등)하는 것
앱 또는 구성물을 인공지능 학습용 데이터 수집에 사용하는 것
앱의 이름·아이콘·캐릭터를 사칭하거나 오해를 일으킬 수 있게 사용하는 것

4. 인앱 구매

동물 잠금 해제 같은 구매는 Google Play의 결제 약관과 환불 정책을 따라요. 환불되면 해당 기능은 다시 잠겨요.

5. 책임의 제한

앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공돼요. 제작자는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 앱 이용 중 생긴 손해에 대한 책임을 지지 않아요. 아이가 앱을 사용할 때는 보호자가 함께해 주세요.

6. 위반 시

이 약관을 어기면 이용 권한이 즉시 끝날 수 있고, 제작자는 관련 법에 따라 필요한 조치(콘텐츠 삭제 요청, 스토어 신고, 법적 대응 등)를 할 수 있어요.

7. 약관의 변경과 문의

약관을 바꿀 때는 이 페이지에 새 내용을 올리고 시행일을 고쳐요. 문의나 이용 허락 요청: gracein2837@gmail.com

1. Copyright

All components of the apps — artwork, characters and sprites, videos, sounds, voices and music, text, icons and app names, and source code — are copyrighted by SunnyToday (the "Developer"). Some components are used under licenses from third parties and remain the property of their owners. Open-source software is governed by its own open-source licenses (see Parent Menu → Open-source licenses in the app, and the app pages on this site).

2. License to use

If you installed an app from Google Play, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for personal, non-commercial use at home. You are welcome to take personal screenshots and photos to keep memories with your child.

3. What you may not do

Without the Developer's prior written permission, you may not:

Copy the apps' artwork, videos, sounds, voices, music, text or source code
Extract those components from the installation package (APK/AAB), device storage, or the running app's screen or memory
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify the apps, or create derivative works from them (except where applicable law expressly permits)
Redistribute the apps or their components (including re-uploading, sharing, selling, renting, or listing on other app stores)
Use the apps or their components commercially (in ads, paid content, products, other apps, etc.)
Use the apps or their components to collect data for training artificial intelligence
Impersonate or misleadingly use the apps' names, icons or characters

4. In-app purchases

Purchases such as unlocking animals are governed by Google Play's payment terms and refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, the unlocked content is locked again.

5. Limitation of liability

The apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the apps. Please play together with your child.

6. Violations

If you violate these terms, your right to use the apps may end immediately, and the Developer may take appropriate action under applicable law (such as takedown requests, store reports and legal action).

7. Changes and contact
